Guest guest
Sue: Sea salt can be purchased at most grocery stores, depending on where you are, and it is a more natural, less processed salt. Still read the ingredients as some still add dextrose and sodium bicarbonate to it. Or you can find kosher salt from the grocery store. You can buy these at Trader Joe's, or a health food store. What you need is a good quality salt, not the regular processed table salt you buy at the store (like 's, Morton's, table salt, etc.), which have a lot of additives, and are used in restaurants or in processed foods. I have been able to find Real Salt at the health food store, sugggested on this website, and it is fabulous tasting. It has minerals and iodine in it, a nice, sweetish flavor, and I pack a small container (I put into a clean container from sprinkles I am re-using) in my purse everywhere I go. Celtic salt is good also; you can even find special containers with different types of salt at cooking stores. Any more questions? in La Selva Beach CA What is Sea Salt? What is it and where do you buy it? Thank you! Sue
