Yasko's program is not something one can glean in a day. It will take

study! There is no way around it!!

What have we got to lose by educating ourselves, except for some hours

of research???

Genetics is PERSONALIZED.

As we get better informed about how she does things, we can help each

other. That will only make it so much faster!!!!

A) Very many finite brain cells/neurons

The thousand other things we're studying/doing...some of which help us.

C) Diastolic Hearts

D) The small amount of life I have

Rough to choose, ya know...very personal

For ME/CFS, brain processes very slow, much repetition needed. This is how we

are still living. Racing is dangerous...especially...everywhere...

Rich said he's studying Fukuda CFS, CFS-Like, not viral or epidemic sudden

onset...lurking now, maybe, but alot of us ARE.
