Guest guest
Also: Do you use a neti pot? This is really good for my chronic sinusitis. The salt changes the ph of the mucous membranes, making the sinuses inhospitable for the bacteria. You do have to stay on top of it, and irrigate every day or two, to keep the bugs at bay. I use warm-to-hot water with salt and a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in it. A drop of tea tree oil might be good, too, if it were well-blended in. Guest guest
I had information once, but since my retention is poor I won't even begin to tell you what I'm not sure about. I just know that silver ointment has been used for many years treating burn patients, to heal and It's one of the best even yet. Their tender healing skin would be very susceptible to staph. As for killing good bacteria, let us know on that one, would you? Diane in MI STAPH-KILLING herbs? > > > Wondering if anyone knows of effective herbal treatments that really work against staph > bacteria? > > I know I have a staph infection in my nose -- for years -- and want to work hard to get rid of > it without abx (as I have a candida/fungal problem). > > I see anectdotal reports about oil of oregano, grapefruit seed extract, etc., but nothing to > back up the claims... > > Help??? > > Dan > > > > > > > ---------------------------------------------------------- -- > > > No virus found in this incoming message. > Checked by AVG Free Edition. > Version: 7.1.394 / Virus Database: 268.10.3/395 - Release Date: 7/21/2006 > > >
