I purchased recup and started to take it but after several days I was feeling

dizzy.

Pre CFS I had a vestibular inner problem. In fact it may have been the cause of

my CFS/M.E.

I've read that long term inner ear problems are most likely caused by a virus.

I have never had an official diagnosis even though I had many tests done at the

major balance disorder clinic here.

I saw at the time Australia's top neurologist in this field.

He said I did not have typical meniere's disease as I didn't have hearing loss.

He suggested I try a drug called Sturgerone which is not available here in

Australia.

My doctor gave me Serc which I did not find helpful. In fact it gave me

headaches.

My vestibular problem is brought on by motion.

Travelling long distance in a car is worse than an airplane.I haven't been on a

train...too worried and found out boats are the worst of all.

Scrolling on the computer also stirs up my dizzines.

My tests showed I had a problem with nystagmus.

Salt is the one substance that is always recommended to cut out or back on when

you have Meniere's disease or a vestibular disorder.

I'm wondering if the sodium in recup aggravated my vestibular disorder.

I purchased the recup from Spain it was not cheap and would dlike to use it.

Cheers
