You poor baby - I've never experienced that kind of pain so I cannot help you

there. I will be praying for you though - please let us know how you are

feeling over the next few days.

Thankyou Marci, I will let you all know. I am staying at home for now. I

won't return to work for awhile. I don't have a job anymore but, I still

have my health certificate from the board to work and if I get better I may

do home health care instead. Well, here's hoping the pain stops soon. HUGS,

Hope your feeling better soon. My grandmother is having the same pains, and

they said it was diverticulitis. Now i'm wondering if its pancreatitis! Can

you tell me more about it? Thanks!

Dear , Funny you mention diverticulitis because I may have that as

well. Pancreatitis is the inflamation of your pancreas. Sometimes it can

leak fluids into your abdomen like mine is doing. I may be in and out of the

hospital for a while till I get this under control. I am sorry to hear about

your mother. There is a support group I just joined on called

pancreatitis if you would like to join. There is tons of info on there and

very kind and supportive people with this condition like your mom and I. I

Thanks for the info ! Actually it's my grandmother and '

great-grandmother, who he has yet to meet, so I want to fly up to NJ to see

her. I did do some research on diverticulitis and it said in some cases,

surgery may be necessary, in others in could be controlled by diet (she has

avoided nuts and ??? meats I think). She has severe abdomen pain also and

has had all kinds of tests run. I hope the both of you start feeling better

very soon!!! I will keep that group address in case I feel the need to look
