,

Ooh, that's a tough one. I have had 2 friends, one with a son with SEVERE

brachy, and one with an odd shaped head- both have been very adversive to my

responses about checking it out. It's funny- because they can ask all day

long about ' head shape, how's he doing, etc., etc. But it's a real

problem to talk about their kids and they quickly change the subject. I

have learned that there are 2 types of parents: 1) those with a real concern

willing to inform themselves to make educated opinions and decisions 2) those

that are not willing to accept there may be a problem and bury their heads in

the sand never to talk about it again. As a result, the son with severe

brachy is still very flat, and they have regrets. The other is only 6 months

old so time will tell. I see kids everywhere now, I am a true HEAD PICKER :)

and I cannot find the guts to approach them after the negative reaction my

own friends have given me.
