We try to eat mostly organic and I'm trying to cut down on meats and the like. However, I've never been a big vitamin/supplement person. What one or two things, nutrition-wise, could I do that will have the greatest impact on my health? I hear Vitamin C mentioned a lot but have no idea what " form " to take it in (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, etc). I've also heard that fish oils are key. And the list goes on. So what would you recommend for a newbie who is trying to build immunity. BTW, I have a 22 month old who has had no vaccinations since 6 months.
