Help oredering New Hope ESP

I'm trying to order the New Hope products that everyone is using but the ordering form does not allow me pick a province even when the country selected is Canada.I used the contact us to email this company yesterday and have not heard back from them. Maybe I 'm being impatient but things have gotten worse not better lately.Any advice on how to get these products to Toronto Canada?Tasha
