It sounds as if you are thrilled with his success in his band. You said his last appt with the orthotist was 1/4 - does that mean graduated? If so, congratulations. You did the right thing by pushing for his band. It's irritating how non-chalant so many Drs are regarding plagio and/or tort. How is his tort doing? Thank you so much for sharing your story with us.
