Guest guest
That's not a bad idea if you have springtails but I have to wonder if these mites will be atracted to you just like everything else is? And also if you are infested with springtails then these mites are going to have to get on you to get to them and who's to say that once the springtails are gone that they will pack up and leave ? Guest guest
Apparently jays put ants on their wing feathers to help get rid of their mites - can't quite see me doing that! If it goes on much longer, you never know... > > If you're feeling really aggressive, buy some Hypoapsis mites from a higher-end garden supplier. Guest guest
I posted this a few years back and could find no interest. I had already took the MMS plunge, one of the first, was keeping the treatment to 1 thing. Plus I feared being infested by this creature. And also the bio-control thing, thinking that may have started it all??? But if still infested I might just do it:) http://www.biconet.com/biocontrol/hypoaspis.html > > If you're feeling really aggressive, buy some Hypoapsis mites from a higher-end garden supplier.
