I didnt go for a long time because I thought I might give it to someone and I didnt want to risk it. Anyways, I signed back up and tonight was my 4th session. 1st one 7 min. 2nd 10 min. 3rd 15 minutes. Tonight I did the standup one that is 10 minutes. Anyway, before I go I shower, use esp soap and put balm on. Then put my tanning lotion on when I get there. Well, dont know if it's the combination of the heat & this hot azz lotion(if you want the ingred i will list them) or all of them together but I could see stuff coming out.
