Hair

ESP shampoo, let stay in hair 30 min,

Lice comb,

Rinse

Pour on RP, oil, water, h2o2

Wrap w 3 paper towels exactly

Put wig cap over to hold in place

Add shower cap

Face, neck, ears

Soap all with straight Dawn

Blot w clean paper towel

Rinse upper face

Quickly blot again w clean paper towel

Repeat till upper face is rinsed,

Repeat with middle incl nose area

Repeat with lower portion of face incl mouth

Rinse neck and ears

Blot between each rinse with CLEAN paper towel

Do not rinse and rinse, just splash, blot, splash, blot...

Goal is to bring critters to surface w water, get them off before they reestablish and to keep them out of eyes, nose, mouth, ears

Internal

Drink salt+C+artificial sweetener.

Take supplements with water.

Brush teeth

Take 50mg Seroquel (half of weakest tablet) Do not do sooner as Seroquel is a ticking clock. I have 30 min after I take it before I FALL DOWN

Preshower

Strip and put bathmat outside bathroom (in util room) to catch oil

Oil up all over with my purging oil mixture:

grapeseed+avocado+castor oils

repellent and antiparasitic essential oils

Shower

Dawn

ESP II soap which I love; let stand on body 5 min. rinse

Pour oil combo above + h2o2 + hot water + roach prufe

After Shower

Air dry

Use babywipe on LG Dare cell phone (clean lines, easy to keep sterile)

Add ESP balm over dried oil/RP mixture

Replace wet shower cap with kerchief over wig cap, paper towels still in place underneath (they cut down on middle of the night traffic)

Put Clorox (let dry) or antifungal on feet

Step in plastic tub filled with DE + RP + Epsom Salt, dredge that up to thighs,

Cover clean socks with mixture, put them on

Lips, Nostrils

Vicks Vaporub or

ESP lotion bar

Eyes

Rhoto V Ice in eyes

lotion bar on lids, lashes (whole face if have enough)

Bed and PJs

Put clean disposable sheet on bed

Put on clean underwear and longsleeved pajamas

Check e-mail on cell phone till I fall asleep
