a - Yep - that's something I'm learning about, too - not sleeping on my

stomach. The therapist suggested I sleep with my feet on a pillow and that is

helping me keep on my back! I'm sure this will pass - just another temporary

glitch in life.

Rita, I've had bouts of back pain my entire adult life. I've spent many an

hour with my chiropractor. I used to be an aerobic freak and I'm sure the

hard wood floor at the gym contributed to the problem. Once I started doing

weights as part of BFL, I've strenghtened my lower back so much. I haven't

hurt my back at the gym or gardening or canoing...all the things that could

set off a week or so of extreme pain. One thing I finally had to learn years

ago was to not sleep on my stomach. That killed me because it was my favorite

sleeping position. I know how horrible it is to be now exercising! Hopefully,

the time will pass quickly. a
