Guest guest
: Awwwwwwwwwwww, Dane is so cute. He looks like he is adjusting just perfectly fine to it thus far. That's terrific he isn't having any trouble with red spots. You also sound like you're happy as can be with it. You are doing the right thing, Dane will have a rounder head in no time now. Keep us posted on his progress - and of course the paint job on it. Boy, I never even thought about a baby choking on a band aid, but I can definitely see that happening. Scary! Debbie Abby's mom DOCGrad MI > I got a call this afternoon that Dane's DOC Band was in. I raced him over there! He is doing great. At his first spot check he just had one little red mark that disappeared after 5 minutes. I can't tell you how glad I am that we decided to listen to our instincts and not all the doctors. > Our year old (27 months - jsut like Hannah) daughter is a little jealous. She wants to wear it. I think that will be the biggest obstacle. > I bought stickers to put on it until we decide what color to paint it, but I decided against using them. I saw in Parents magazine that a infant choked on a band-aid on the car ride home from the doctor! I figured the same could happen with stickers that weren't varnished down. So, I guess we will wait until we make up our minds on a permanent design. > Thanks for all your advice. I know we are doing the right thing! > > Dane's mom > Cleveland
