What product best to heal skin after herxing hundreds?

Although the devastation is not visible to the naked eye, once the herxing really got under way, I can no longer put a lot of things on my skin that I did before--and I'm not talking toxic stuff, just things designed to burn a bit such as anything with clove oil, citrus, like that.
