Guest guest
Hannah,,,, My heart goes out to you ! I wish I could help you with your baby, maybe Holly or others will catch your post soon. About the 'feeling cold' all the time I can relate to, I used to be totally the opposite, always too warm and hot, now even in warm rooms I feel chilly.. Please hang in there, Hannah. btw, how is your friend? M From: mymistyhorse <mymistyhorse@...>Subject: Anyone feel cold all the time?bird mites Date: Saturday, January 10, 2009, 11:03 PM As I'm typing it is 80 degrees in my house but I have goosebumps! My husband says it is hot in here.I live in the midwest and it gets fairly cold. I've always been able to keep my thermostat to about 70 degrees and be comfortable, in fact I usually liked it cool so I could pile on the blankets. My family and I have had this since 8/08. The last month and a half I've found myself cranking up the heat to 80 degrees and still freezing even at night under the blanket! I feel warm sometimes during the day with enough clothing on.I'm wondering if something is wrong with me?Hannah
Guest guest
Hannah, I have the exact same thing, chilled to the bone since these buggies have joined me. Most of the time i just can't arm up, even after a hot bath. I can't wait for this sub-zero weather to hit us...lol b > > As I'm typing it is 80 degrees in my house but I have goosebumps! Guest guest
Hannah - Take your temperature at a few different times (a couple of times a day, a couple of different days). I found that my average body temperature has dropped more than a degree, up to two degrees. I'm not sure when that started, but I have a hard time keeping warm as well. Guest guest
Interesting. I will try to take my temp. Does anyone know or have a theory on why this is happening? Guest guest
Hi Marguerite, Thanks for asking about my friend. Unfortunately, I don't think she'll make it much longer. She has been sick for a long time. She was recently in the hospital. Her kidneys are failing. Said they can't do anything for her and sent her home. I beleive she is on Hospice now I hope the Hospice workers won't get and spread whatever she has. I'm gonna try an experiment with coconut oil to see if it helps my body temperature. I recently ordered the Virgin Gold Label Coconut oil online from tropical traditions to use as cooking oil. I remember reading that virgin coconut oil helped some people increase their body temperature to normal. They took 1 tablespoon three times a day. I'm going to start with 1 tablespoon two times a day. It is amazing what coconut oil can do for people. In the Philipines where it is a diet staple yeast infections are unheard of. It can help lower bad cholesterol and improve good cholesterol levels. It even helps your thyroid to function normally. I'll let you know if it helps my body temp. Guest guest
I know of someone that took cayenne supplements for being cold. They said it worked very well. Couldnt hurt. Sorry about your friend, it would be awful to die with this affliction. > > > > From: mymistyhorse <mymistyhorse@> > > Subject: Anyone feel cold all the time? > > bird mites > > Date: Saturday, January 10, 2009, 11:03 PM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > As I'm typing it is 80 degrees in my house but I have goosebumps! > My > > husband says it is hot in here. > > > > I live in the midwest and it gets fairly cold.
