Little problem with the helmet

Hi, everybody:

This morning, when I have taken off 's band, I have seen there

were 2 red marks in his head, one in the right side and the other on

his nape. I'm a bit worried about this because the ortho said that

this could be normal if there is no excessive pressure on the area.

But I'm not sure about this is a natural process.

Here we are in winter (as all Europe and US), but we are having a

warm winter (this morning we have 55ºF). In fact we are accustomed to

snow and cold weather, but this winter is sunny. I don't want to

think about next summer with the band!

Do the red marks go away within an hour? If they fade away then you don't

have anything to worry about. If they do not fade within an hour then you

need to call your orthotist and arrange to come in for an adjustment.
