SO MANY STORIES, PART II

Let me turn the page in my book of success stories. I love to share them

with you so they can keep you exhilarated about taking good care of you!

We`re going to Rhode Island today, so I can tell you `s story.

never had a weight problem until he hit 35 and found himself at 170.

Oh, I know what you all are thinking. " Gee, 170. What`s the big deal? " Well,

I`ll tell you, at 170 pounds, had 2 heart attacks because he

suffered with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and he also had serious

acid reflux disease. He was told by doctors he had chronic blood pressure

problems that would always require medication.

became a Club Member of ours and decided to prove his doctor wrong!

He`s turned his eating habits completely around, and yes, he began working

out. Because of that regime, lost 20 pounds, and in just losing that

amount of weight, his cholesterol went down and he is no longer taking any

blood pressure medication! What a nice guy he is. He used to eat Chef

BoyArdee out of a can, and now, he`s a FoodMover man!

I so love this next story, and you will, too! In 2002, Mindy went to her

local Salvation Army for clothes, and there on the counter was a Deal-a-Meal

in a new box that had never been opened, so she bought it for a dollar! She

went home, looked at it, and put it away. On Christmas Day of that year,

Mindy received a sweater that she really wanted. It was a 3X, and it didn`t

fit. That`s when she got the Deal-a-Meal box out and made up her mind to get

serious about her weight problem.

From December 26, 2002 through May 2004, Mindy lost 130 pounds working out

and dealing her meals! I got the pleasure of speaking with Mindy the other

day, and boy, has her life changed! Mindy got married, became an educator

for the Red Cross and a director of a home health company! She told me all

of her successes in life came when she lost weight and developed a more

positive attitude about herself.

Well, there are 2 more people who made up their minds to make a change! I

hope these stories have helped you make up your mind to make a change, too!

Love,
