THAT FEARLESS SPIRIT

It takes courage to lose weight, don`t you agree? It`s that fearless spirit inside you to help you stay on program and strengthen your beliefs in you. With this spirit, you become brave and can stand up to any food that calls your name!

I want to tell you about Theresa and Joe. They live in Massachusetts and are very much in love with each other and with life. Joe was on a video that was recorded by his company and shown to a room full of people at a meeting. When he saw himself in that video, he just about died looking at himself! After a visit to the doctor, he became serious about wanting to lose weight. Joe was encouraged by Theresa every day, and with her help, Joe believed that he could successfully change his lifestyle and waistline. He did, and Joe is 75 pounds thinner!

Theresa wrote and asked me, "Do you know of any way I may honor his success?" Well, I didn`t have to think twice. A phone call, of course! So I talked to both of them, and what an inspiring call it was! You keep at it Theresa and Joe, and keep your courageous spirit going!

When I first talked to from Colorado, she was 401 pounds and never left her house. She built herself a successful home business so she never had to leave. In other words, her home was a prison. I told her back in January that she had to muster up the courage to face her fears and lose some weight and go out of her home. With support from her family, began eating better and moving more. I have followed her progress all this time, and I`m happy to report, has lost 71 pounds!

Wait! That`s not all! went on a trip to Hawaii for her daughter`s birthday! She wasn`t brave enough to go visit her daughter 71 pounds heavier. Wait! I'm not done. Chris's husband just bought her a home overlooking the Rocky Mountains! The master bedroom is on the second floor, and just floats up the stairs!

you`ve come a long way, baby, and baby, look at you now!

Do you have a story of courage to tell me? Then tell me!

Love,
