SO MANY STORIES, PART I

I have so many successful people to tell you about that I think it`s going

to take 2 messages to get them all in! I`m gonna start with Sunny from San

Diego. Sunny is a 25-year-old Hispanic man who was raised in Southern

California. He`s had issues with his weight his whole life. He played sports

and was always active, but he ate everything he felt like eating without

restraint or control. Sunny decided to go to cooking school, and last

September near the end of school, his weight was out of control at 285

pounds.

When I spoke to Sunny, he told me the only person to blame was the only

person who could help, and that was himself. He cut out fast foods

completely, and he took the pop out of his life. He started to exercise 7

days a week, and Sunny has lost 80 pounds, with 10-15 more to go! He`s a

wise man at 25, and he`ll even be wiser, because he`s going back to school

to finish his education. Sunny, you are amazing! Keep on shining! Don`t you

dare think of going to cooking school. ;-)

from Washington State listens to my radio show on Sirius, and she asked

me to send her a copy of the Project Me Passport sentences and the " Lighten

Up " program, which explains nutrition, movement, and motivational tips. The

day she got it, she started. Several weeks ago, I got a diary of everything

ate for a week. Whoa! Did she clean up her eating habits!

Well, I talked with on my radio show last Sunday, and she told me she`s

been on program for a little over a month now and has lost 15 pounds!

told me at first she was able to do around 15 minutes of exercise, and she

now has increased that to 30. In 26 pounds, will be under 200, and if

stays on program, at the end of January, she`ll be in the 100`s! Happy

New Year`s, !

We all come back tomorrow, and I`m gonna open up my storybook again. Don`t

forget!

Love,
