Yay - I'm caught up.... week in review, next weeks' goals....

Hi Everyone~

It's so nice to be caught up (finally) with all the groups' emails. I spent only roughly 1 hour a day on here this past week, so got to play catch up to reading/responding yesterday and today. Yesterday was the first day this week since Tuesday that I actually felt "ok" and "humanly normal" (LOL)... thank God. And today's looking good too. I know I shouldn't do it, that I should spend today on me and my family/home time, but I think I am going to go to work for a couple of hours - play catch up to a few things that I didn't get done this past week, so I am at least "current" going in to the new week (eh, a little overtime wouldn't be bad either before holidays)

Anyway - I don't know where my weight stands because even if I did weigh myself I wouldn't take into consideration what I saw... a gain I would say was due to being sick, not exercising and not eating right and same for a loss, so I will wait til next weekend and look at the month in review...

Speaking of which, have you all started to think about October and how you are going to "handle it"? (it, meaning anything you want it to be). I guess for me *it* is the fall harvest/halloween activities that start up and the candy/food that comes with it between now and the end of the year. I can do this and am not worried about the candy and food for a change, ya know?

I only got to Curves once last week - that is understandable, couldn't really breathe well enough to go any other days - not to mention it would have been rude to go sick and risk infecting anyone else with my germies. It was a bummer though cuz I am going to hit my 100th workout on my next visit. That's ok - that should be tomorrow!! Walking this past week? Not much - just what I had to do to get through the day... eating, etc....? So-so. I think the only thing I managed to do this past week besides sleep and work was drink water and eat a little.

Until yesterday. LOL remember I said yesterday was the first day I felt ok/normal?? Well, with it brought the hunger back. Pizza. I know I ate more than I should have - outside of the hunger/fullness realm for sure. And, I had about 4 sodas yesterday. I know now why I avoid it like the plague. Today, I have a headache and feel blah, so I am back on whatever track I need to be on....

So, in light of all of that, I am making this weeks' goals:

1.) drink my water - aiming for 8 a day, anything extra is a bonus

2.) Curves 3x

3.) Walk 3x

4.) follow my 0-5 eating

5.) since I know my computer time makes my day suck wind for everything else, I am still probably only going to get on here one hour a day/night during the week

6.) finishing up my current legal class (yay me) then I'll get a week or two off between classes.... (( shrugs - don't even know what my next class is - maybe a computer class... if that is the case, shouldn't be too bad - I hope ))

I hope you are all doing well, thanks for the hugs and prayers this week while I was feeling puny - and am thinking/praying for all of you and your families/concerns.
