Hello, I just thought I'd pop in and tell you all about my day so I can be held accountable.

I HAD lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks BUT I gained back a 1.5 pounds so I'm a little down about that. I am not gonna let it ruin my day though.

The last couple days I fell off the Flywagon so to speak and in doing so have been struggling with my water intake. TODAY is the start of a new year and I will do better!

Tonight we are going to Hometown Buffet(my favorite) for my birthday. I am going to practice making good choices. I have been doing great for the past 2 weeks making smart choices, now to see if I can do it at the Buffet. I know I'll eat some(not all) popcorn shrimp or coconut shrimp BUT I can make other better choices. LOL I will allow myself my favorites and fill in with good food. Blessed be,
