Guest guest
I will slow down when I eat, putting the fork down between bites and taking a sip of my beverage. This is something I need to work on too. Almost every meal my DH was telling me SLOW DOWN! LOL So I am putting my fork down in between bites and talking more at the table. He's only had to tell me slow down 1 time in the past 5 days! Blessed be,
Guest guest
> This is something I need to work on too. Almost every meal my DH was telling me SLOW DOWN! I'm the opposite. In my decades of dieting, taking my time and putting down the fork & sipping water for the purpose of stretching out the time it takes to eat the meal is second nature to me. I take so long to eat that Ed and Henry can both finish their meals, Ed will have his seconds, and sometimes finish all the dishes before I finish one plate of food. Guest guest
I love your goal of slowing down when you're eating... i realized a week or so as i was half way through eating my dinner... " did i even taste that? " it's made me much more aware of what pace i'm eating and that if i'll slow down, i'll not only eat less, but i'll TASTE what i'm eating... and that makes it more enjoyable anyway. So, I'll join u in that goal!!! > > Good Fall morning everyone !!!!!!!! > > Yes I know, I said I'd do my exercises everyday at 11 a.m. but I'm going to be a little late today my legs are KILLING me from yesterday! But that's ok they'll adjust. Guest guest
I got my exercise in today also, and I walked 10,804 steps which is really great for me because I have never gotten that many steps, so Im really happy that I got that many. Now when I don't get to curves I do a WATP but instead of the regular walk, I hae been doing the walk jog one and I really like it because one day I do want to be able to get out there and run. Amelia I am not on a diet...I can eat anything...I just can't eat everything ----- Original Message ----- I walked, only about 4089 steps but at least I did something.
