NO!

I have been compiling a list of foods that you must say no to if you`re

serious about getting the weight off once and for all. You have said yes to

all of these foods for so many years, and look at the trouble they`ve gotten

you into! Most people can`t just eat a little of these foods. That`s why,

for now, you have to stay away from the " Devil`s Toys " totally. This is not

going to be an easy task, but there`s nothing easy about carrying all that

extra weight, either!

I have to tell you, I have eaten and re-eaten all the foods I will list

here, and I love them like family members. Are you ready to say NO to

hamburgers, and of course, cheeseburgers? Can you say NO to hot dogs; French

fries; onion rings; hash browns; fried eggs; bacon; sausage; pepperoni

pizza, thin, thick, and stuffed; croissants; white bread of any kind; banana

splits; malted milk shakes; whole egg omelets; whole cheese; anything fried

at a Chinese restaurant, Mexican restaurant, French and Italian restaurants…

any restaurant? Will you say NO to candy bars or cotton candy, cookies,

pies, butter, full fat dairy products, greasy popcorn at the movies, sodas,

chips of any kind, and processed foods?

I`m sure I forgot quite a few items, but I think you can fill in the rest. I

know many of these items are on the FoodMover, but right now, I want you to

spend your calories on the very best choices! Like I said, it`s not forever;

it`s just for right now!

And you know what to eat, don`t you? Oatmeal, whole grain products, fresh

fruit, nonfat yogurt, vegetable soups and salads, chicken, fish, turkey,

lean pork and lamb, water from famous springs around the world, stir-fries,

pasta, and rice dishes, and all the other items that have been portioned out

with your FoodMover.

This is a way to do a few good things for your body! You will lose weight.

You will give your body the right nutrients to keep it in tip top shape. You

will become what you eat, and that, of course, is healthy!

So clear your throat, and let`s practice. " NO! " " No, thank you… " " It looks

delicious, but right now, I have to say no… " " I don`t think I`ll have any… "

" No siree, Bob…. "
