Guest guest Posted September 18, 2006 Report Share Posted September 18, 2006 Last week, I was so discouraged at finding out my recovery from back surgery was going to be more intensive then I thought but I met with the dr. and talked over a few ideas on how to make this work. SO, this last week I put it all in place. I kind of customized and eating plan for myself and watched my calorie intake. It was kind of an initial asessment of eating habits with a cap of 2000 cal a day being my target. I met the goal for most of my days and was able to workout four days last week (I've started getting dizzy and so I cut myself some slack and modified the goal to workout everyday until I can be sure that I'm not going to jeopardize my back recovery.) Sooo, last week i followed dr's orders well and also met my diet goals so i was really excited about things. so today i had an apointent wiht my fam dr and weighed in- I LOST FOUR POUNDS THIS WEEK!!!!
