's Daily Message TuesdaySeptember 05, 2006NOT AFRAID TO TRY

So how was your Labor Day? I do hope you did carve out some time for yourself. I don`t know about you, but yesterday felt like Sunday to me. It was like having two Sundays in a row! So if yesterday felt like Sunday, then today feels like a Monday to me, and Mondays are my favorite days because you get to start again on projects you let wander. I`d like you to meet some people who weren`t afraid to start… and follow through!

Lucy from Wisconsin writes, "I come to your Website every day to read your message. I wanted weight loss so badly, and your messages inspired me to give it my all. I started at 340 pounds, and I am now 250 pounds. I`ve lost 90 pounds, ! I have a lot more to lose, but I know I can do it. I exercise to your new DVD, Party Off the Pounds, 5 days a week. I could only do half of it when I started, but now I can do the entire DVD!"

Now from Utah is very glad he started! "My buddy, Rich, I have now dropped 80 pounds and weigh 230! I have made many changes in my lifestyle. Now when I`m thirsty, I`m reaching for tea or water instead of soda, and I`ve cut my caloric intake. Having a physical job and playing basketball every chance I get has made a tremendous difference. My ultimate weight goal is to be around 185-190, which should be ideal for my height of six foot one. Thank you for being an outstanding motivator!"

Do you have time for one more story? Good! This is about a lady named Emma from Texas who started because of medical problems. "I am 68 years old, and last December, I weighed 225 pounds. My blood pressure, blood sugars, and cholesterol were very high. My daughters encouraged me and gave me your videos to use at home. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I tried them. Guess what? I now weigh 152 pounds! My blood pressure, blood sugars, and cholesterol are all normal. I feel so much better about myself, and I want everyone to know that you are never too old to exercise and eat healthy!"

What stories, huh? May they inspire you on this Monday… I mean Tuesday… oh, you know what I mean. ;-)

Love,
