LOL (comment about bping him)! That's awesome! Congrats!

I still haven't had one of these moments -- I think mostly because

I'm in a room w/ a bunch of meatheads in the morning, not trainers

and other ladies. : { I know my day will come.

GO ME!

This morning at the gym, the trainer dude that is there EVERY morning

when I am there was working with one of his clients. He was

instructing her on how to do a backbend to stretch her back.

I was interested, because my back is always hurting. He was having her

lie on her back and then push up into the backbend position - and she

couldn't do it. She didn't have enough upper body strength to push up.

So I (of course) HAD to try - and I did it really easily - no trouble

at ALL! (it felt REALLY good by the way - I'll be doing it more often,

that's for sure)

She was all impressed - and said " How come SHE can do that and I can't? "

And then he said " Well, because she (meaning ME) has TREMENDOUS upper

body strength. "

I said " Well, I wouldn't say it was TREMENDOUS.... "

And he said " No, seriously, you are extremely strong, you know, for a

female. "

WOOOOOOOOOO-HOOOOOOOOOOO!

That totally made my day!

I think he's nuts, of course - but what reinforcement to have the

trainer tell you you are strong! (BTW- He didn't say it in a

condescending way at all!) And even better because I know he sees what

i have been doing every day.

Yippee for me!

Yippee for BFL!

Just wait until the end of this challenge - I'll be bench pressing HIM!!!!

Look out world - here I come!

ROCK ON! That's awesome. Way to go on exercize. Cool on the calorie

reduction. Wonderful on the water intake!

Have a great day.

water machine. I drank almost a gallon of water! I was so proud of

myself. I never have a problem drinking my 8 glasses, because water

is my drink of choice. But I have been increasing my water intake to

see what would happen. I feel much better with more water. My DH

told me I was gonna get " waterlogged " from all the water I drank. As

of this morning the water bottle on the tank is only half full. I

probably drank more than 1 gallon of it! I was shocked.

below 1600. My limit is 2000 so boy was I happy! AND today when I

got on the scale I am down 4.4 pounds from last week! I couldn't

believe it. So yesterday I got 3 stars, a Red one for calories, a

blue one for water and a silver one for doing my morning and evening

routines.

Good for you for sticking to your plan. I'm really struggling right now to stay with it. It is so hard and I'm so tired if you know what I mean. I wish I had your enthusiasm. Kee p up the good work. Maybe you can inspire me.

Blessings,

Here's some inspiration for you! By drinking a ton of water I come in really low on my calories! SO as of today I am doen 6 pounds for the week and I think it has to do with how much water I drink. I know you hear this all the time I did to BUT It never ocurred to me that it might just work til I tried it! Blessed be,
