What a compliment!!!! Sunshine GO ME! This morning at the gym, the trainer dude that is there EVERY morning when I am there was working with one of his clients. He was instructing her on how to do a backbend to stretch her back. I was interested, because my back is always hurting. He was having her lie on her back and then push up into the backbend position - and she couldn't do it. She didn't have enough upper body strength to push up. Guest guest
ROCK ON! That's awesome. Way to go on exercize. Cool on the calorie reduction. Wonderful on the water intake! Have a great day. > > Hi everyone, > > Just thought I'd let you in on my good news. Yesterday we got a water machine. I drank almost a gallon of water! I was so proud of myself. I never have a problem drinking my 8 glasses, because water is my drink of choice. But I have been increasing my water intake to see what would happen. I feel much better with more water. My DH told me I was gonna get " waterlogged " from all the water I drank. As of this morning the water bottle on the tank is only half full. I probably drank more than 1 gallon of it! I was shocked. > > I've been watching my calories again. Yesterday I came in at just below 1600. My limit is 2000 so boy was I happy! AND today when I got on the scale I am down 4.4 pounds from last week! I couldn't believe it. So yesterday I got 3 stars, a Red one for calories, a blue one for water and a silver one for doing my morning and evening routines. > > Sorry for rambling but I had to get it out! > > Blessed be, > >

Guest guest
>>How much water do you drink? I quit counting ounces after I get my 8 glasses in which is about noon or 1. My best guess would be about 1 gallon a day maybe a bit more. Blessed be,
