welcome out of lurkdom!!! I'm in the same boat - 100+, asthmatic - creeky knees. we can do this and you have your plan and goals in place. Awesome!!! can't wait to see the photos. mine need to be updated Live, Love, Laugh

Long Over Due Hello!

I've been lurking here for quite some time now and have finally decided that it was time I came out and said Hello. I have over 100+ pounds to loose. I'm not a spring chick anymore so I know it will take everything I have to start-continue- make it to my goal weight. I'm not looking to be super model thin...I just want to get down to a decent size where my asthma is controlled and I won't have trouble with my knee anymore.I've been on the mend for the past three months with a knee injury that accord mostly from caring around all this extra weight. This basically is the motivation to start my healthy lifestyle again. When something is taken from you like walking... ice-cream is just not that appealing anymore. So... mini goal for this week drink an extra two glasses of water a day, no second helpings with meals, and try to walk to the end of the block this week. Also, I also finally added pic's of me/family to the photo

Glad you came out of lurking! You sound like you have a good idea of where you want to start so that's good. Take it easy with the knee though, you don't want to make it worse. You are in good company everyone here (as you probably know) are a great bunch of ladies. Blessed be,
