THOUGHT I FORGOT?

Well, I didn`t! I was just giving you a few days before bringing up the

subject at hand. After I came back from the cruise in April, I decided to

challenge everyone to try their best and lose 5 pounds a month, every month

till the end of the year and then beyond.

When I initially spoke to my cruisers and you about this challenge, everyone

was very excited to join in. Every month, I have reminded you about the

challenge. Through my messages, I have given you the tools to help you meet

your monthly goals. So with these tools, what have you built? A better body?

Did you lose 5 pounds in May, June, July, and August? If you did, that would

be a 20-pound weight loss! You know what it`s like to drop 20 pounds? It`s

like GREAT!

So if you didn`t lose 20 pounds the last 4 months, what did you lose? 18?

15? 10… 3? If you have not done so well, do you know why? You didn`t work

out as much as you should have because of your busy schedule? Didn`t eat

healthy and plan your meals because of your busy schedule? Didn`t get enough

sleep to reenergize your body because of your busy schedule? I say get less

busy with your schedule and more busy with taking care of yourself!

Today is the sixth of September, the eighth month of 2006. How are you doing

so far this month? By now, you could have lost around a pound or so,

depending on how much you have to lose. Did you lose that? On September 1,

did you sit down and organize the month? Did you mark your calendar with

what exercises you`d be doing on each day? Monday, Wednesday, Friday cardio?

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday toning? Sunday 20 minutes of stretching and a

long walk? Did you see what you needed in your kitchen and make out a

grocery list? Did you give yourself a motivational talk to get you going?

Remember, there are only 4 months left in this year. If you lost 20 the last

2 months and plan to lose 20 the next 4 months, well, that would be another

20 for a grand total of 40!

Come on! Get serious about this challenge if you seriously have to lose

weight.
