ON YOUR TOES

Part of my job and responsibility on this earth is to keep you on your toes! Have you looked at your July calendar lately? When you do, you will notice that half the month is over! It seems like it was only yesterday that we were celebrating the 4th of July! There are only 14 more days of your 5 Pound a Month Challenge for July. How have you been doing so far? Have you been on your toes exercising? How many hours of cardio and toning did you log in? Did you enjoy some nice walks or swimming in the early morn? Did you find some time to get in your daily stretches?

Were you on your toes using your FoodMover? Are you opening and closing those windows? If you`ve been on the FoodMover for a while, you should know your portions quite well, but never think you can put the FoodMover away! It`s your tool to help you stay accountable! Wait until you see the new FoodMover. It`s… royal purple! And there will be new motivators at the bottom for you to think about every day.

And speaking of motivation, how have you kept your motivation up this seventh month? Being good to yourself? Did you pamper yourself a little? A lot? Did you have some positive pep talks with yourself? Have you been feeling hopeful?

Right about now, you should have lost 2-and-a-half to 3 pounds so far, or more, depending on how much you have to drop. If you are seeing good results up to now, keep working, and keep the scale smiling! If you`ve had some ups and downs in July, focus on the next 2 weeks where you could lose a few pounds before you slide into August.

Make time to plan this upcoming week. Get your grocery list going, and start thinking about what meals you want to enjoy. And above all, get your workouts in every day! Stay on your toes, my friend, and one day you`ll be wearing a tutu, too!

Love,
