Sometimes we all get caught up in the fact that if you exercise regularly, you will lose weight, and that is true! Without exercise in my life, I would not be here writing this to you today, for exercise helped save my life! Today I`m here to tell you and to sell you on all the other benefits workouts have in store for you!

Exercise increases the amount of muscle tissue in your body, and when you have more muscle tissue and you do aerobics or cardio, your body burns more calories. Even when you`re not exercising and you do all the movements that you`re doing all day, you`re still burning calories.

Want to lower your blood pressure? Exercise can do that for you! Exercise strengthens your heart and lungs and is great for your cardiovascular system. Exercise helps lower your "bad" LDL cholesterol and increases your "good" HDL cholesterol.

Exercise can strengthen your bones, and therefore, it can help in the fight against osteoporosis.

Exercise improves your muscle tone, stamina, and strength.

Exercise increases your body`s ability to ward off certain diseases, and it helps manage diseases such as diabetes and arthritis.

Exercise can also improve the quality of your sleep!

Exercise can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It can give your attitude a real boost and also give you a sense of accomplishment. Take it from me, exercise can strongly improve your self-esteem!

And here`s a big reason: EXERCISE CAN HELP INCREASE YOUR LIFE SPAN!

For me, the other best part about exercise is that I have a good time while I`m doing it, and I`ve gotten to sweat with millions of people!

So, ladies and gentlemen, how did I do with my sales pitch? Are you buyin`? I know a lot of you still have a love hate relationship with exercise, and that`s not good. I have created for you some fantastic workouts over the years, showing people of all shapes and sizes working out the best they can. That`s what I want you to do. Just get up every morning that God gives you and move the best you can. If you haven`t worked out for a while, start out slowly and safely and build up to 45 minutes to an hour a day.
