OK, I am gonna get a jar and every time I wish there were an easier way, which is A LOT, I am gonna put money in it and stock up for new shoes and iPods!! Kinda like a swearing jar - ROFL!!

Have you planned your meals and workouts for the week? What are you waiting for?

Meals = so/so....workouts = yessir (LOL) - I *need* to be better in the planning stages

On a side note, today's stats:

Calories 1962, carbs 257, fat 75 and protein 74 (all within limits according to good ol' Uncle Spark LOL)

Water = 8+

Exercise = walked + curves = 11500 steps total (5.75 miles)

There are those who say they will lose weight, and there are those that DO! I want you to see what these doers did.

from Canada writes, "I lost 100 pounds by cutting back on my food intake, walking, and doing two of your videos, Sweatin` to the Oldies and Disco Sweat. It has been 5 years now, and I`m proud to say I have kept the weight off! Before the weight loss, I was shy and inward. Now I have the energy and confidence to tackle any task that comes my way. About 3 years after my weight loss, I met Fred. I told him and showed him pictures of me at my biggest. He said I was lovely then, and I am lovely now! Two weeks ago, I got married to Fred, and I beamed with happiness. I`m so glad I wasn`t an overweight bride!"

Now wait until you hear Rich`s story. "I am in college in Texas. I am 6 feet 5, and last Christmas I weighed around 370 pounds. I didn`t like the way I looked. I decided to lose weight because I wanted to become a policeman, and I needed to be in great shape. On January 8, me and my fiancée, , decided to lose weight together. We ate 3 balanced meals a day, only drank water, never ate fried food or fast food, and didn`t eat after 6:00. I`ve lost 10 pounds, and has lost 40! I didn`t think I could be a cop, but now I feel like I can tackle anything life throws at me.

Rich, , that`s a great love story, too! Rich told me he is planning the wedding and getting a home for his new bride in Houston!

And Sally from Wisconsin has been doing my videos quite a bit. "I have been dancing to your videos for 3 years now! It makes exercise fun and easy to want to do. I had a fatty liver and had to get the weight off my body. My liver is okay now, and I am 90 pounds lighter." Sally, you did what you set out to do! You took care of yourself so you could find health. Congratulations!

What fantastic stories today, don`t you think? Be a "doer" this week so one day, you can write me your story!
