Yay! Down 2.2 lbs

After two small gains the last couple of weeks (0.2, and 1.0 lb) and having been rather sloppy on tracking, I was dreading the weigh-in. So much for that!

I tripped last night walking home. Believe it or not, I was daydreaming about how I fell short on movement this week and how maybe I should pull out the bike like I keep threatening to do. And what about yoga for my leg cramps? WHAM - on the ground. Fortunately, several people stopped to help. One of them loaned me her cell phone and L came to pick me up.

I am now off to shop for healthy groceries, after taking myself out to a nice lunch.

Weather is perfect and if my banged-up knee will cooperate, I will incorporate some walking into some of these errands.
