Guest guest Posted August 5, 2006 Report Share Posted August 5, 2006 After two small gains the last couple of weeks (0.2, and 1.0 lb) and having been rather sloppy on tracking, I was dreading the weigh-in. So much for that! I tripped last night walking home. Believe it or not, I was daydreaming about how I fell short on movement this week and how maybe I should pull out the bike like I keep threatening to do. And what about yoga for my leg cramps? WHAM - on the ground. Fortunately, several people stopped to help. One of them loaned me her cell phone and L came to pick me up. I am now off to shop for healthy groceries, after taking myself out to a nice lunch.
