Hi Bonnie. I have been mia for awhile. I rode my bike a half hour today, hope to do it again tonight. It is so darn miserably humid though. Ugh. I hope you are keeping cool. Our ac is not quite keeping up right now. I hope we really do get the rain they are forecasting for tonight to help cool things down. Are you supposed to get rain? You are only about an hour from me, so I assume it is in your forecast too. At least by tomorrow maybe. We can hope!

My eating hasn't been great the past few days, but at least I am still exercising to help offset the extra calories. I plan to get fully back on my eating plan tomorrow. I don't want to gain any weight back!

I have so far only done 30 minutes on the bike. I hope to get in another 30

minutes of exercise sometime between now and bed time.I don't know....I feel

so tired today. And I have no reason for it. I havent really done anything

unusual. I'm gonna try my best to get in another 30 minutes anyway. I don't

wanna give up my hour to get back in the habit of doing only a half hour

again. I keep envisioning me when I first started exercising doing only 5

minutes and feeling like I was gonna die. So i may be worn out come bedtime

but I plan on doing something to finish up my hour then sleeping like a baby

tonight. It is still hot here too but I don't think it is quite as bad as it

has been for the last few days. At least it has been a bit more cloudy and

maybe thats making the difference. I hope your foot is feeling somewhat

better today. Well...gotta run. I have supper in the oven cooking and I

smell it so it's time to go check on it before I burn it:) You all have a

great evening!

I hope your ankle heals quickly Bonnie. That's a drag.

I went to the gym Mon and did upper body weights and Tues. for bike and lower body weights. Today I took a break which I had planned. Tomorrow will be my 5th day at the gym so I'll get to pick out a new gym bag after work. :)

I really want to go 4 days a week. Mon. my group is going out to lunch to bid an intern farewell so I'll have to skip the gym then. That means I don't get to take Wed. off.

My legs are very sore today! I did squats yesterday with a 12 pound bar and no weights. What a pansy I am. :) Definately something I have to build up on.

Sounds like we're kicking booty on exercise. Way to go ladies!

OK I confess My second 30 minutes of exercise aint gonna happen tonight. As

I was finishing cooking supper, hubby had to pick us up a woodburner for

winter. Yeah I know....we are in the middle of a heat wave but when you get

paid monthly there isnt many paychecks left before heating season.But

anyway...I had to watch the grandkids while they went to pick it up. They

just left and I'm beat. I'm going to bed and calling it a 30 minute exercise

day. Hey....30 minutes is better then none:)I'll see you ladies tomorrow.

Some days are like that! 30 minutes is great! You are doing something good for your body!Beth Thanks Beth. Some days it comes easy and other days I have to struggle to get it but I know it has helped!
