Guest guest
You have to put your fingers on it for a few seconds to have your heart rate measured. I have found no problem reading during high impact but it would depend what you are doing I suppose. Ann would fall off the chandelier during her sexcapades if she tried to take her pulse I suspect. I use it during aerobics and for checking for a resting pulse. WOuld be a problem perhaps if you were riding a bike, as you need to touch the buttons and take a hand off the handlebars. But you could still have one hand on the handlebars - probably safe enough for a few moments. It is great. I wear my Mio all the time and amuse myself during boring meetings by seeing how low I can make my pulse go. If you read the website they are pretty clear about how it works and how to use it. I am completely satisfied with the product - It does exactly as advertised. Canadian invention but I know it is available in the U.S.A. www.miowatch.com > Okay, so how does this work? My husband and I had a couple of weeks where we could stand each other but now he's back to being a total jerk. Blech.
