,

I love my walk or bike ride first thing in the a.m. some how it just makes

the rest of the day easier.

Also, with my bike ride in the morning, there is no wind! I have no wind

resistance which makes a bike ride so much easier LOL

not the easiest thing to do, but......

Although I hate to start walking with a fuzzy head since I'm not too wide awake when I first get up, I do have to say that it seems to make me feel much more awake for the rest of the day. Great job, !! I *need* to start doing that!! We are supposed to get real hot temps here again this weekend... mid 80s Sat and mid 90s Sun.... UGH!! Last time it was so blasted hot a month ago, I said I was gonna do it, then it cooled down again...

I agree! I do mine *after* coffee (but it's decaf, so not that effective)

and before breakfast.

Yay, ! I LOVE to exercise first thing in the morning. It seems

to help me so much. The days when I fall off plan are usually the

days I don't exercise. I do it almost every day now. At first, I was

very foggy headed, but now that I'm used to it (and I get up at almost

the same time every morning to do it), I wake up ready to go! 9 out

of 10 mornings I kinda hop out of bed and find myself pretty much wide

awake by the time I'm done brushing my teeth :)

Took about a month for that to happen, but hang in there--it'll go

quick! Plus, think about the fact that when you exercise in the

morning, it boosts your metabolism until the natural 'fall' around

dinner time. Great reason to give it a go :)

How did it go, Kathey? Just remember that we ALL have off weeks--just

get back on and you'll hit that 40-lb mark before you know it! (if

you haven't already, that is)

Thanks for asking Bonnie ÜÜ I actually did well, 1.4 loss so FORTY ONE. TWO so far!!! Whoo Hoo!!!!! I really don't know how I lost, and hopefully it wont show up next week, but I will take it.....my 1st mini goal (well besides getting under 250 Ü) is 50 pounds and now I am 8.8 away from that!!! I am seeing numbers now that I haven't seen in AGES.....I am almost out of the 230s which is a HUGE deal for me.....

Again, thanks for asking....and I appreciate the encouragement....I know we all have off weeks, it just scares me when I have had them (one .6 gain and one 3 pound gain in 20 weeks isn't too bad!!) but when I DID gain, I just was really afraid it was the beginning of the end.....you know?

Blessings!Kathey

Thanks Sue....Ü Do you ever sabotage yourself? I have set a mini goal of 50 by the time we go to Sturgis the 1st part of August and I know I am SO close, but I am feeling like I 'cant' do it so I am eating ÜÜ Go figure... Now I realize why my ww gal told me not to put a 'time limit' on my goals.....Ü

The mind games we play with ourselves....
