welcome back. You are doing great. My sil did it with going to the gym. As soon as she stop the weight came back on. So try to stick to the same type of exercise that has worked for you. Usually you can mimick the gym somehow.

I hope the results are accurate. My scale confirms the 8 lb loss. I

also dropped nearly two dress sizes. I bought a 2x for a formal

event on April 15. Last week I bought the same dress (different

colour) in Lg.

In my closet I have a size 15 skirt I was wearing in Jan last year

that is still too tight, but it zips up and in a pinch I could wear

it.

Hi ,

Congrats on your loss! That is terrific. I bet it feels great to have been able to buy that dress in a smaller size! Keep up the good work.

WOW, that's neat - congrats and good job with the lbs lost/muscle gained!! $600 is steep (for me too) for 6 weeks... I pay $35 a month roughly for Curves and love it... I don't know if something like that would fit your exercise regimin (sp?) or pocket book.... or your likes.... but hang in there, keep up the good work.... you go girl!!

Well where have you been ?! Get on in here and post. We love to have

you here too.Geez...girls, all the members are beginning to post again. Any

more of you shy ones out there? Come on out. We'll get us a bigger wagon so

we all can do this weight loss together.

Ok so you have already begun. Make sure you take advantage of that gym. Get

your moneys worth.

Even if they aren't totally accurate, you know you are losing. Just keep it

up. You are making progress.

I can't afford a gym, period. I am lucky enough though to have gotten a few

pieces of exercise equipment from rummage sales and even given to me. If I

didn't have those I would be using cans of corns or partially filled half

gallon milk jugs for weights and walking would be my exercise. We all just

have to improvise and use whatever we have available to us.

I keep scouring the garage sales and Freecycle list for an exercycle, but so

far none have appeared. Sooner or later I'll find one and then get rid of

our treadmill.

Hi Sue in NJ.

> I keep scouring the garage sales and Freecycle list for an

exercycle,

I use the one at the gym. It has a nice wide seat so it doesn't feel

like I am sitting on a thong.

Keep looking but get that wide seat.
