So try to stick to the same type of exercise that has worked for you. Usually you can mimick the gym somehow. NH... I pay $35 a month roughly for Curves and love it... I don't know if something like that would fit your exercise regimin (sp?) or pocket book.... or your likes.... but hang in there, keep up the good work.... you go girl!! I am lucky enough though to have gotten a few pieces of exercise equipment from rummage sales and even given to me. If I didn't have those I would be using cans of corns or partially filled half gallon milk jugs for weights and walking would be my exercise.We all just have to improvise and use whatever we have available to us. I keep scouring the garage sales and Freecycle list for an exercycle, but so far none have appeared. Sooner or later I'll find one and then get rid of our treadmill.
