Guest guest Posted June 21, 2006 Report Share Posted June 21, 2006 Today the scale FINALLY showed a loss of about 1.6 lbs. Yay me. WHEW! It's about time! I was 331 when I rejoined the list, and now I'm at 326.5. A merely 4.5lbs in about a month. Man, it's slow, slow slow going this time. Oddly, the loss showed up during a week I really haven't been all that 'good.' Sunday was Father's day and, while I took my lunch to my grandpa's dinner was the Golden Corral! I did do OK there, started with a HUGE plate of salad. Then a plate with steak, broccoli w/ cheese, some grilled mushrooms and zucchini. ONE teaspoon of mashed potatoes (which I decided I didn't like) and ONE teaspoon of mac & cheese (which also oddly isn't as good as I remember), 3 fried shrimp. I also had a couple of bites of watermelon and a single cookie. I haven't exercised as much this past week, only went to Tai Chi last Tuesday and this Tuesday and then went swimming on Sunday and Monday! I know I haven't gotten as much water in as usual (Just eyeing it is giving me willies!) and last night I scarfed about 1/2 of a bag of pork rinds (400 calories). What gives!?
