Guest guest Posted May 12, 2006 Report Share Posted May 12, 2006 Good morning! Well, after a fairly rough 3-4 weeks, I've been 'on plan' for 10 consecutive days now. I really struggled last month (after vacation) to stick to my lifestyle changes. Truthfully, I had an easier time sticking to the exercise than I did the eating...I'm still trying to figure out why. Anyway, you all helped me get through it, so thank you! I think I've hit the point where weight loss is going to be slow, and I'm okay with that.
