Guest guest Posted June 4, 2006 Report Share Posted June 4, 2006 Hi there friends,Well, I am having a hard time getting myself going today. I got up early and took my husband to work. I wore my step counter thingy and when I took him to work I parked at the farthest parking spot and walked with him inside. Then came back out and walked back to my car after eating a sausage burrito and a small low fat milk jug. It was cloudy and starting to sprinkle when I cam back out. Well, I came home and it really started raining so I thought walking around the track would be out of the question. I thought about going to the mall to walk, but I haven't been that brave to go by myself yet. So what did I do? I went back to bed. I didn't get up again until just a few minutes ago. I had myself a Slim Shake and I am sitting in front of the computer drinking my mini jug of water. I am trying to get my mind rapped around the idea of either working out to Simmon's Sweating to the Oldies 3 or doing the WATP DVD. I am just not wanting to do anything. I just feel so tired. I shouldn't have gone back to bed in the first place. I think that was a major mistake. I want to get more steps on my step counter thingy and right now the only way I can see doing that is to do one of those Videos. If I do them, I will have to force myself to do it today, because I feel so sluggish and yucky. So wish me luck. As soon as I get off of here I am going to pop one of those work outs in the tv.
