Guest guest
That is so great! I know that my stretch marks are almost a thing of the past too! I am still working on my hips being a thing of the past! They are shrinking, I still need to shrink about 3 inches off of them. I will get there though. ~Karma Woo Hoo! Well I have had great results with Lifelift and Rashelle's products. I just noticed that my stretch marks are almost invisible now. I can still notice them but they sure have diminished over the last couple of months. My hips are looking better too thanks to Workout 1. Thanks Rashelle for a great program! Guest guest
This morning I hit 71.5 pounds lost! The lowest the scale's gone before this is 268--it's now at 266.5 Today was going to be my planned day off of exercise, but I'm so happy I can't just sit still. Happy Thursday, ladies! -Bonnie

I seen your post and wanted to respond although I didn't have time to respond to everyone. So glad your numbers are moving again! I share in your happiness. It's funny how seeing those smaller numbers can make you happy for a few days afterward.I know how frustrated you was getting so this must be a great relief for you. Are you still sticking with the plan or are you going back to your previous plan now?-Bonnie

Are you still sticking with the plan or are you going back to your previous plan now?< You know, now that I'm in the grove of this, I think I'm going to stay with it for a while. *shrugs* It's 6 one way, half dozen the other, really. It's a lot less math doing it in points vs. calories Once I hit 100 pounds gone, I'm going to attempt eating to satisfy hunger and see if I can let go of the borderline-obsessive calorie counting. But that's at least several months away, so I'm not going to worry about it now. I'll still measure out my servings, I would just like to not have to worry about writing down every single bite of food that goes into my mouth. Although now that I'm in the habit, I don't even think about it unless I'm away from home and forget my journal. Anyway...thanks for your message, ! Hope you had a great time at the Tee ball game (We had one of those tonight, too!) -Bonnie
