Congratulations . That is such an accomplishment. I may try something like that. Just logging to see how far it is. I will have to ponder my destination. Do you feel better than you did a year ago?

Is there any way you can continue to do it on your own? Maybe a free

Well, for now I have that Women's Challenge until July 8th, so I am gonna plug them into that website. I still have my spreadsheet, so it keeps racking up....

At 25+ lbs lighter and 47 (give or take) inches smaller.... a great big YES!

Hi , I just wanted to say congrats on being 25+ lighter and 47 inches smaller. That truly is great!

At 25+ lbs lighter and 47 (give or take) inches smaller.... a great big YES!
