TWO MORE FOR YA`

Did you get inspired yesterday after reading those success stories? Did you

eat healthy and balanced meals? Did you get your leg lifts in? And did you

believe in yourself? Well, here are 2 people who now believe in themselves

very much!

Penni F. from ville, NC tells me, " I am excited about my weight loss,

and I wanted to share it with you. I`m down 32 pounds so far! I started out

weighing 168 pounds, and now I`m 132. I am still on my weight loss journey,

and my long term goal is 115 pounds. I am 5 feet tall, 32, and I have 3

children. I started running on the treadmill for exercise, and I`m up to 3

miles now! I never knew I could run! You are a great inspiration to me.

Thank you for being you! "

Ah, Penni, thanks for the kind words! Keep running, and keep eating healthy,

my friend.

And then there`s a gal named London N. from West Virginia, who is 28 years

old and has been overweight all her life. " On January 1, at 288 pounds,

something snapped inside of me, and I decided to take better care of myself.

My first goal was to eat healthy. It was a struggle and still is. Then in

February, I decided to try to exercise to your tapes. I went to your website

and ordered your new aerobic and toning DVDs. I began an exercise group that

included my sister and some of my coworkers. We are having a blast working

out with you! I have finally found an exercise that I love to do. Currently,

I weigh 227 pounds and have never felt better in my whole life! You make me

believe in myself every day, so thank you for everything, and keep making

those DVDs! "

I will keep making those, London! Please say hello to everyone in your

group, and who knows? One day you may be an aerobic instructor yourself! I

hope these 2 stories have uplifted you today. These ladies are finding great

success because they are combining healthy eating and sweaty workouts, and

each day they stayed on program, they felt better and better! Isn`t it time

for you to feel better? I think so!

I`ll wave at you when I do all my press today in New York City.
