Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great week!

I made it to Curves 3x and walked 4x (so far - there's still today LOL). I also got all of my water in and followed my eating plan for the week.

Decided to hop (?) on the scale today (or maybe crawl) and I released 1.4 lbs this week and another 1 inch is gone. This is a total of 27.6 lbs for me and 47 inches.

I went to Walmart last night and got a new outfit! I was sorta disgusted at Kmart this week, nothing fits right - so I am in between most of their sizes.... anyway, I am "officially" into a 24 pants and 2x/22-24 top..... woooohooooo..... this is down from 26/28 (maybe 30 in some clothes)..... YAY!

Goal is tomorrow to walk another biggie 7-8 miles, then 3x more of 2-4 miles each (closer to 4 is best) and go to Curves 3x. Also follow my eating 0-5 and drink my water!!
