Hi ladies. I stumbled across this group while trying to find

involving meal

planning. That is my current struggle, trying to plan meals for my family that

they will eat

and that are good for me or at least don't tempt me. I currently have over 100

to lose and

have been off track more than on track lately. I'm definitely back on track at

the

moment...and hope to find some encouragement and support in staying there much

longer

this time! :)
