Sorry about not being supportive for a couple of days. I have had to talk to the distributor of Harry Potter for the past couple of days to make sure that I can get the movie out to people fast enough. Lots of stress but at least I'm not emotionally eating. Here are my past couple of days: February 11, 2006 Breakfast Pear, 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 Tbsp honey Snack 5 whole grain crackers 1 ½ egg whites Lunch 1 cup of wild rice ½ cup of spinach 4 oz of chicken Snack 2oz of string cheese whole grain tortilla 1 ½ eggs (just egg whites, gave yoke to birds) Dinner: 2 cups of wild rice 4oz of chipped steak Greecian Style (cooked with tomatos, olives and

onions) 2 whole grain tortillas 2 cups of yogurt ice cream 1 cup of corn I should have eaten more vegetables and fruit. I’m going to have to add them to my snacks and other meals. Mike and I did a lot of walking today and I payed for it with sore calves and feet. It was nice to walk around San State Campus and look at the old buildings. There are some buildings there that are 100+ years old and some that are barely a year old. It’s strange how San is mixed

with old buildings and new. You can see it Downtown too. I personally think that they should keep the old buildings and remodel them. I’m currently reading Rick Warren’s the Purpose Driven Life. So I want to ask you, what are you driven by? Guilt? Are you manipulated by your memories. Are you running from shame and regrets. Let’s not do this anymore. Let’s face the things that are keeping us running. Resentment & Anger? Are you

emotionally eating because of resentment towards others, anger towards yourself, anger towards others. We need to face the issue of resentment and anger and do what we can to resolve it. Communicate why we are resentful and why we are angry. February 10 2006 Breakfast Pear 1 cup of oat meal Lunch Pear 4 oz lean hamburger 1 cup of spinach 1 oz of cheese 4 butternut leaves Dinner 1 cup of spaghetti squash 4 oz of ground beef 2oz of cheese 1 cup of pasta 1 cup swiss chard Not much to write about today. Mike and I

are a little pissed at his work. They forgot to pay him the 6 hours of overtime that they owe him, so that’s $100 that is not on his check. It’s funny what has happened in a year. Last February, Mike asked for my hand in marriage. We now finally got the money to have my rings resized. I know a month before the wedding I am going to have to have them resized again because I know that my fingers will be less fat in a year. The engagement ring and band only cost us $30.00, Thank you Avon. They look real though, The rings are made out of crystals. It just goes to show that we shouldn’t put our lives on hold. Many years ago, I never thought I would be wearing a ring. That I would never be getting married because of my size but here I am now planning my wedding

reception and wearing my engagement ring. Please forgive me for getting up on my soap box, it’s amazing what God can do in our lives. Several years ago, I prayed for someone to come into my life while I was lying in the hospital. To find out later, Mike was in the same hospital but a different ward looking after a friend.
