PHILLIPES

I`m back from Toronto, and I`ve got to tell you, I had a terrific time! The

weather was perfect every day. It was about 55-60 degrees. It was warmer in

Toronto than in Los Angeles! I sold out everything I brought to the Canadian

Shopping Channel. They just love my videos up here, too! My new products

have been out in Canada for about 3 months now, and all the stores are doing

well with them, too. I got to talk to a lot of people who called in from all

over the country. So many Canadians are having the same weighty problems as

we are having in America.

Between appearances, I got to drive around the city and do a little

sightseeing. It`s so pretty here, and Toronto has so many different styles

of architecture from different periods. On Sunday, the biggest group ever

showed up for my class at the Expo! Soon we`ll have to get a bigger place! I

saw some people who have come to see me every time I`ve been there, and

there were the new ones who I spent extra time encouraging.

With all the food temptations in Toronto, I really did great with my eating.

My big treat was having dinner at a cute Italian place called es.

I`ve been there before, and it`s my favorite restaurant in the city. The

cook invited me into the kitchen to show me a special dish he was making

called " Rainbow Pasta Casserole. " I stood next to the master while he put it

all together.

In the casserole dish, he spooned some marinara sauce at the bottom. Then he

put a layer of cooked fusili pasta. They`re the ones that look like my hair.

LOL! Then he poured a little more sauce on the pasta. Next went a thin layer

of thinly sliced zucchini and carrots. The chef put some more pasta sauce on

top. With a knife, he then spread some part skim ricotta cheese over the

whole top like he was icing a cake. And on top, he sprinkled a few

tablespoons of homemade bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. In the oven it

went for 15 minutes at 350. When it was ready, he brought it to the table.

It is so delicious, I am attempting to make it tonight! You should try it,

too.

Well, it`s good to be back. I missed you. How did you do over the weekend?

Remember, we`re in a brand new month, and I want you to try your best, even

though chocolate eggs and bunnies are dancing in your head! Tonight in chat,

we'll be talking about How to Handle Spring Holidays. Hope to see you

Clubhouse members there!

Love,
