I am forever young! I will never grow up, and yes, I do believe in Never Never Land. First of all, I look young, and that`s not by accident. I take real good care of my outside. I exfoliate, moisturize, brush, floss, do my facial exercises that were in my first book, "Never Say Diet," I manicure, pedicure, and I stay clear from the sun.

I act young! When someone tells me that I`m acting like a child, I take that as a compliment! No one enjoys being a child more than me. That`s why kids like me! I love making funny faces and acting like the clown I am. No one made you laugh more than the clowns at the circus. Well, I`m just one of those clowns, and the world is my circus!

I talk young! I don`t use those big words that the dictionary is filled with. I`m just a plain and simple guy who talks from the heart.

I walk young! As you know, I`m in the airports a lot, and I`m a people watcher. Most people walk like they are 90 years old, and the kids are starting to walk like that, too. I walk like I am a soldier or one of those guards for the queen! My head is held high, and my chin and neck are lifted. Shoulders are back, and my chest is up. I always walk like I am going somewhere important, and sometimes… I skip!

I sweat young! Many teachers can be very serious, and their classes are so intense. I move around like I did when I was a kid! Back then, I would put on some of my new 45`s and dance by myself in the bedroom. I do the same thing now, except now, the records play at 33-1/3.

I think young! I get up in the morning and fill my mind with happy thoughts and reasons to celebrate life! You see, kids never stop dreaming, and neither do I. I dreamed of losing weight and getting in shape. I dreamed of spending my life making people laugh and teaching people to enjoy their lives. I dreamed of traveling and dancing with people all over the world. My dreams keep coming to me, and I plan to stay young, and I hope you plan to do the same!
